Mr.Venkateswarulu has a total of 46 years working experience in Petrochemicals filed in operations, technical services and project execution, including four years in fertiliser field. A chemical engineering graduate (first class with distinction) of 1967 batch from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam and took training in reputed companies - Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd, Finolex industries Ltd, Coromandel Fertilisers Ltd, Mysore Petrochemicals Ltd, (mother plant of IG Petrochemicals Ltd) in all technical aspects. Known for his dedication, commitment and integrity by his employers. He has delivered the results expected by managements to their entire satisfaction, whether is a new grassroots large scale plant with modern technology or an old smaller capacity unit with limitations of up gradation. He lead operating teams to get optimum results by technical training and motivation by working with and encouraging participation.
